About the apartments

The studio apartments are located in the Smolny district, where guests can explore such sights as Smolny Cathedral, Smolny Ground Garden, monument to Alexander Suvorov, Alexander Institute and other cultural monuments. The studios have been renovated by designers. There is everything necessary for living: towels, bed linen, slippers, soap, dishes, electric stove, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, TV, kettle. Free Wi-fi and cable TV. Moskovsky Train Station is 3 km away. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a time convenient for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — only messages in the messenger. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet). There is no smoking in our apartments. We provide a complete package of accounting documents. We will be glad to see you as our guest!
