The apartment can accommodate up to 2-4 people. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable: beds with orthopedic mattresses, sofa, bed linen, towels, TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a time convenient for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — messenger calls only. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet). There is no smoking in our apartments. We provide a complete package of accounting documents. We will be glad to see you as our guest!
