On the ground floor of the apartments there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa and a bathroom. On the second full floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Dozens of cafes and shops are within walking distance to the house. Sportivnaya metro station is a two-minute walk away. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a convenient time for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — messenger calls only. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet).
