Dear guests of our city, we are pleased to offer for your comfortable stay a cozy studio apartment "Like at home": a spacious kitchen, a living room and a separate area with a double bed with orthopedic mattress. For our guests, we think through every detail to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a capsule coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave oven. We take care of our guests and always keep the apartment clean and carry out a thorough cleaning using disinfectants after each guest. Terry towels and hygiene products are provided for you: shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs and discs, hair dryer. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is possible with children of any age, we can provide a high chair on request. Our apartment is comfortable at any time of the year: in hot weather, the air conditioner will save you, and in cold weather, the heating regulators on the radiators. The apartment is located in the geographical center of the city. Within walking distance of the Botanical Garden, convenient transport interchange, near bus stops, Pyaterochka and Magnit shops, three pharmacies, a bakery, Red and white, Ozone and WB delivery points, several shopping centers nearby. There is a large area around the house, so there will be no problems with parking, there is also a guarded parking nearby. We have self-check-in, so you don't have to wait for the keys to be brought. Check-in from 14.00, check-out until 12.00. By agreement, earlier check-in and later check-out are possible.
