Cozy beds: a large queen-size double bed, a comfortable sofa bed and an armchair bed will ensure a restful and comfortable sleep. Inside you will find an atmosphere of comfort and warmth: clean ironed premium linen and fluffy towels, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (refrigerator, microwave, etc.), tea, coffee, sugar - everything is at your service! Individual heating and underfloor heating will ensure a comfortable temperature at any time of the year. Fast WI-FI, TVs and cable TV will allow you to stay connected and enjoy your favorite movies. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, slippers, clothes dryer and necessary toiletries. The house is located in a great location: grocery stores, cafes and restaurants are within a radius of 300 meters, and baths, ATM, taxi rank, equipment rental, pharmacy, post office and souvenir shops are 500 meters away. The proximity to the lifts to Elbrus (2600 m) and Cheget (1600 m) will make your stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in is possible subject to availability. We do not smoke and do not hold noisy events. A passport is required upon check-in. Please note: if you cancel your reservation later than seven days before the check-in date, the money will not be refunded.
