Such incredibly beautiful places as the Chemalskaya hydroelectric power station, Patmos Island, the Chemal River, the blue Katuni lakes, Emurlinsky Waterfall, Beltyrtuyuk waterfall, Che-Chkysh Waterfall, Katun River, Karakol Lakes, etc., are located near the estate, and the suspension pedestrian bridge over the Katun River in Anos village, Shaggy Farm, Children's Quad Park, motorcycle rafting and ATV trails for adults are within walking distance.
