Персонал предоставляет около нулевой сервис. Ресепшн очень медленный и нерасторопный. Но хотя бы вежливый. Чего нельзя сказать о хозяйке. Недоброжелательная ещё и высокомерная там, где это неуместно. Сам отель нормальный: чистый, теплый. Выбора завтрака нет, столовая работает до 10 утра. Нет зубного набора и освежителя в туалете. Парковка есть в соседнем дворе.

Хороший отель! Очень интересный интерьер - много интересных деталей, картин, предметов интерьера. В номере ковролин, чистое белое постельное бельё. А какой вкусный завтрак в прекрасной красивой столовой! Улица, на которой он стоит, нешумная. 15 минут пешком до Лавры.

В данном случае трудно будет к чему-нибудь придраться. Разве что, что окна могут выходить как в тихие задворки, так и на оживленную улицу. Но это может влиять лишь при открытых окнах. В остальном всё прекрасно! Аккуратный чистый номер, все необходимые гигиенические принадлежности, халаты, холодильник и чайник с чайными принадлежностями в номере. Приятные интерьеры, напоминающие художественный салон. Без преувеличения, восхитительный, в степени изысканности, сытный завтрак из двух блюд. Также, шарма отелю добавляет доброжелательный сдержанный аристократизм хозяйки, которая лично проводит гостей для ознакомления с гостиницей. Однозначно рекомендую.

Boutique hotel in the very center of Sergiev Posad, next to the center of Orthodoxy — the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. The hotel is located in a restored merchant's house, on one of the oldest streets of the city — Kirov Street.
