The cozy cottage "Ladushka Family House with a font" is located in the Sertolovsky urban settlement, next to the forest, a 20-minute drive from the Gulf of Finland. The distance to the Ring Road is 13 km, just 30 minutes from St. Petersburg via the ZSD and 45 minutes by regular road. The house is located in a closed, protected area in the village of Zarechnoye. For an additional fee, we offer to rent a hot font located on the territory of the site. The cost of renting a font for 7 hours (time with kindling) is 6,500 rubles. Our guests heat the font themselves according to the instructions. Check-in is contactless, the manager is in touch with you. The house has a total area of 95 sq.m. to accommodate up to 8 guests. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: 3 isolated rooms, two cozy rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a double sofa for comfortable accommodation, bed linen and towels, a fireplace oven, a bathroom with a bathtub, an iron and a hairdryer, a spacious living room with a kitchen area and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a refrigerator, all necessary utensils and glasses, sponges and kitchen towels, washing powder and soap. The house has a portable projector for cozy evenings. The house has cable TV, Wi-fi, firewood for the fireplace, stoves and baptismal font. Right in the courtyard of the house: a barbecue area and firewood (extra charge), a spacious terrace for cozy evenings. There is a parking space next to the house. Nearby is the Igogoshka Equestrian Club, which is 7 minutes away.
