The guest house is located in the center of Adler near the Southern Cultures Park, a 15-minute walk to the beach and the Mandarin shopping and entertainment center, a 10-minute drive to the Olympic venues, Sochi Park, the airport and 20 minutes to Krasnaya Polyana. There are various cafes, canteens, bakeries and shops nearby. A bathroom with a shower cabin and a set of cosmetics, a hairdryer, WI-FI throughout, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle and tea and coffee making utensils, a Liebherr refrigerator with a freezer. The water in the house is filtered from its own well. On the ground floor of the house there is a cozy kitchen with a dining area where guests can prepare their own favorite dishes, and in the courtyard there is a barbecue area with furniture. Free parking is also available (by prior arrangement). The house is always clean, wet cleaning is carried out daily.
