To maintain high standards of service, we inform you about scheduled preventive maintenance work and the temporary closure of the pools and the aquathermal zone in 2026–2027: from 09.11.2026 to 30.11.2026 inclusive, the aquathermal complex and the BR spa complex will be closed. The fitness room, hairdressing salons, and massage rooms will be available for use as usual. 01.12.2026 – 30.04.2027 inclusive and 17.05.2027 – 01.06.2027 inclusive, the Breeze pool complex will not be operational. Thank you for your understanding, and please take this information into account when planning your vacation! Pets are allowed on the territory of the complex with guests only in rooms of the “Standard without a balcony” category, located on the ground floors of standard buildings. Dogs weighing up to 10 kg, not of fighting breeds, are allowed for accommodation. Pets are not allowed in the spa area, pool areas, beach, bars, and restaurants of the hotel. If a guest checks out at night, a lunch box will be provided instead of breakfast upon prior request to the SPA. Requests are accepted until 21:00 at the reception desk.

According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
