Furnished rooms "Tere" in Sochi, located at 43 Kommunnaya Street, in the village of Sirius. Our guests can enjoy stunning sunsets and views of the Olympic Park. We are located just a 3-minute walk from the sea, with clean and wide beaches of the Imereti lowland. Near us: Sochi Park, Olympic Park, singing fountains and one of the most beautiful embankments of the city. Our guests have access to: free wi-fi, as well as amenities such as a washing machine (for an additional fee - 300 rubles per load) and ironing facilities. In cold weather, heating is provided for a comfortable stay. We offer twelve cozy 2- and 3-bed rooms. For the convenience of guests, it is possible to accommodate an additional seat for a fee.
