Apart Hotel Center plaza

The Center Plaza Apart-hotel is located in the very center of Adler, within walking distance of all necessary infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, as well as 1.5 km from Adler train Station and 10 minutes from Sochi Airport. Nearby is the Plaza shopping center with a shop, food court and entertainment for children. The sea and the embankment can be reached in a few minutes, and the Olympic Park can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The hotel offers duplex apartments of various categories: loft, apartments and suites. The rooms range in size from 40 to 45 sq. m. In each such room: - large double bed; - one or two pull-out sofas (accommodating up to 6 people); - kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and dishes - air conditioning (in suites — separate for each level); - bathroom with shower (in the suite there is a separate bathroom on the second floor); - SMART TV; - Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel; - some rooms have underfloor heating and a partition between the floors. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: an iron and ironing board in the common area, a water cooler at the reception, a baby feeding chair, daily garbage collection, cleaning every 3 days. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Meals are not provided at the hotel, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel has strict rules: pets are not allowed, smoking (including electronic cigarettes), taking out linen and towels, moving furniture and using candles or incense. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged for the safety of the property.
