Guest House Artur is located in the Adler district of Sochi. Cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, ATMs, squares, and a museum are within walking distance. The beaches of VinoGrad (Mandarin), Chaika-1 and Lego (Mzymta) are within walking distance. It is 3 km from the guest house to the railway station, 3 km to the Airport, 38 km to Krasnaya Polyana, 24 km to Sochi, and 8 km to Abkhazia. The guest house consists of 15 rooms of the "Standard" category. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, necessary furniture and a private bathroom with shower. Guests are provided with free toiletries (toilet paper, liquid soap, air freshener), a hairdryer (on request), as well as a set of towels (large for the body, small for the face and for the feet). There is also a shared kitchen on site, which is fully equipped for self-cooking, with dishes, a stove, a microwave oven, a kettle and a refrigerator. A picnic area and Wi-Fi are available throughout the hotel. Laundry and ironing services are available, and laundry is paid. The reception is open around the clock, but it is advisable to inform in advance about the arrival time, especially for early and late arrivals. Parking is only along the street, subject to availability, free of charge. The curfew is from 22.00 to 9 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, but only by agreement with the administration of the guest house, this service is paid separately.
