The family-run guest house is located in the central part of Adler, just 300 meters from the sea. There are restaurants, cafes, canteens, shops, and the City Plaza shopping center within walking distance. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the main station, from where high—speed Swallow trains regularly leave for Krasnaya Polyaga. The city's pebble beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are canopies, sun beds, changing rooms and deck chairs on the coast. The 5-storey building of the hotel stands on a small enclosed area. The housing stock offers standard rooms equipped with everything necessary for a good rest. The rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, a TV and a refrigerator. There is a shared kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, as well as a dining room.
