Заселились на неделю, всё нравится, есть кондиционер телевизор вай-фай, душ, туалет в номере, а главное есть балкон вечером можно посидеть отдохнуть

Огромный плюс - расположение: от аэропорта 10 минут на такси, до моря менее 5 минут пешком, рядом столовые (я хожу в те, что со стороны Южного Взморья), магазины. В шаговой доступности имеритинка, олимпийские объекты, парк южных культур. Администратор сразу предупредила, что шуметь и громко смотреть телевизор после 22.00 нельзя. Ежедневно в номере убирали мусор, добавляли туалетную бумагу. Постельное белье - чистое, целое Ремонт старенький, но за эту стоимость - ожидаемо. Из минусов - нет чайника в номере, один чайник на несколько этажей и иногда, кто-то из постояльцев забирал его к себе.

Фото и реальность отличается это ожидаемо, ремонт уставший. Но за такие деньги в целом терпимо. Но курилка прям перед окном - это треш! Весь дым тянет в комнату, дышать невозможно. Я не курю и для меня это отвратительно. Спать можно только в берушах. Из плюсов удобная кровать. Второй раз я сюда уже не заселюсь.

The Maro Guest House is located in the central part of Adler. Two minutes walk from the Black Sea coast. The guest house is a 10-minute drive from Adler Airport and the train station, which ensures a comfortable journey for our guests to their vacation destination.
