Не первый раз останавливаемся.прекрасное отношение ,администраторы Яна и Евгения по всем вопросам решают быстро и качественно все вопросы.завтраки вкусные очень и сытные ,до вечера хватает)).желаю всех благ и процветания

Excellent
Отель находится в идеальном месте — в самом центре Адлера, на первой линии. Он уютный, чистый и ухоженный. Хороший трёхзвёздочный номер (на четвёрку, конечно, не тянет). Мебель в отеле в хорошем состоянии, есть кулер с водой. Персонал очень приветливый и оперативно откликается на любые просьбы.

улыбчивый персонал, но вместо улыбок хотелось бы чтоб они решали проблемы и лучше информировали.
с 1 дня когда открываешь окно шел какой-то дым с запахом ГНИЛОЙ рыбы( видео прикладываю) , о чем мы не раз спрашивали на ресепшене, можно ли с этим что-то сделать. каждый раз слышали «мы уточним», а потом никаких ответов не поступало. каждый раз подходя и объясняя, что мы не можем даже окно открыть, когда идет этот вонючий дым, нам не могли ничего ответить, кроме как придумать, что это с улицы запах. но мы не глупые, и если бы на улице так пахло, мы бы поняли, но на улице не пахло ничем, а запах был именно когда идет этот дым. у них на 1 этаже ресторан, мы предполагаем что это вытяжка от него.
так же никто из улыбчивого персонала за 9 дней нашего проживания не сообщил нам , что в стоимость проживания включены завтраки, мы это узнали в день выезда, то есть все это время мы могли завтракать в отеле , ведь мы за это заплатили(!!!!), но нам никто об этом не сказал. получается мы просто так потратили деньги. уточнив у ресепшена , почему они не сообщили нам о завтраках, администратор удивилась и сказала «ого, мы уточним», при том что мы стоим перед ней с чемоданами на выезд, что и для кого она уточнит , мы так и не поняли.
так же в крайний день перед выездом мы вышли с номера в 15:40, оставив табличку «уборка номера»(она длится до 17:00),чтоб вернуться и в чистой обстановке собирать вещи, но никто к нам не зашел, когда мы уточнили у администраторов почему так произошло, мы услышали заветное «ой, мы уточним»
на видео так же можно увидеть вид из окна на заброшенное разрушенное здание.
в адлер мы приезжаем часто, но сюда больше не вернемся. откуда здесь 4 звезды, мы так и не поняли.
