Отношение персонала ужасное, по телефону даже не смогли уточнить информацию, сколько стоит номер, цена указана за человека или это уже цена номера? Администратор что-то отвечает не четко и не понятно, в итоге просто тишина и отключились.... Ничего не смогли узнать, как после такого можно бронировать? Кота в мешке🤦

Приехала с аэропорта в полночь, до поезда 6 часов. Хотелось просто поспать несколько часов. Не удалось. ОЧЕНЬ ХОЛОДНО! ОДЕЯЛ НЕ БЫЛО! Только тонкая простынка. Я была в спортивном костюме, но мне это не помогло, от холода не смогла уснуть. Вопрос к администрации. С каких пор в одеяло стало роскошью?
