The Lotus Residence

The Lotus Residence is located in the heart of Adler, located in the village of Bestuzhevskoye in the village of Luch-3, a secluded corner away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The railway station and the center of Adler are about 10 km away, and the sea is about 8 km away. There is a private apiary in the immediate vicinity where you can buy natural honey. We present to your attention guest houses with an area of 480 sq.m. with three levels. The ground floor is greeted by a spacious kitchen, where the dining table and elegant dishes serve as the center of attraction. There is also a cozy room consisting of two bedrooms. It has its own bathroom. The second floor also offers a luxurious kitchen with views and three rooms. The third floor, stained glass windows offer a breathtaking panorama of the majestic mountains and the azure sea. There is entertainment for everyone here: a billiard table for gambling, a children's play area for small fidgets, a recreation area for the whole family, and a running track to keep fit. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TVs and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils and bar accessories. You will also be offered slippers, towels, bath accessories, and a hairdryer. There is a swimming pool and a wood—burning sauna on site, ideal places to relax. A house with its own garden where you can enjoy walks and pick fresh fruits of pomegranates, plums, apples, pears and persimmons. For outdoor activities, horseback riding along picturesque forest trails is offered, organized by the local equestrian club.
