The room is located in the Madrid Park 2 residential complex, 5 minutes away.walking distance to the sea. There is a swimming pool, a Playground and a large well-maintained territory. Outside the territory there are: water park, dolphinarium.oceanarium, shops, cafes and restaurants, Train station and airport are 10 minutes away, Olympic Park and Sirius are 10 minutes away, The room has everything you need for rest and accommodation, upon request, we provide a high chair for children. An additional cot is possible. We provide a transfer on request, we offer guided tours of Abkhazia and Sochi.
