A cozy designer studio apartment with panoramic windows and a balcony awaits its guests.
The apartment is located in a new and modern building of the Saint-Tropez residential complex. The house has an elevator, concierge, video surveillance. There is free fenced parking (on the street).
The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Folding double sofa bed with comfortable mattress 1.6m wide. Folding chair. In the kitchen area there is an electric stove, a mini oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and all necessary utensils. There is a dressing room in the hallway area. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. For a comfortable microclimate, there is a split system, as well as Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. There is also an iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, washing machine with drying function.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people in the main beds and plus 1 extra cot bed (The price of accommodation depends on the number of guests!).
A baby cot is available on request and for an additional fee.
Clean, fresh linen and towels are provided upon arrival.
Kudepsta is a quiet and peaceful green area. A distinctive feature is that it is located in the middle between central Sochi and the Olympic Park. The neighborhood's terrain is flat, with no mountains or ascents. It takes 22 minutes to walk to the sea along a straight, level road. The beach is nice, wide, equipped, there are benches, sun beds. The Kudepsta mountain river runs behind the house. A Magnet store, a pharmacy and other shops are located 50m from the house. There are children's and sports grounds nearby.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Other time by agreement.
