The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people in the main beds and plus 1 extra cot bed (The price of accommodation depends on the number of guests!). A baby cot is available on request and for an additional fee. Clean, fresh linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Kudepsta is a quiet and peaceful green area. A distinctive feature is that it is located in the middle between central Sochi and the Olympic Park. The neighborhood's terrain is flat, with no mountains or ascents. It takes 22 minutes to walk to the sea along a straight, level road. The beach is nice, wide, equipped, there are benches, sun beds. The Kudepsta mountain river runs behind the house. A Magnet store, a pharmacy and other shops are located 50m from the house. There are children's and sports grounds nearby.
