House by the Sea

The private house "House by the Sea" is located in a quiet location in the Central district of Sochi, 300 meters from the coastline (Raduga sanatorium district). The Albatross Public Beach is 1.4 km away. Short-term rental of residential premises: rooms in an apartment building are offered to the tenants. The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioners and refrigerators. All rooms are equipped with LCD TVs. On site for self-use: Equipped summer kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. Barbecue area with barbecue area. Children's playground and free parking. Important information for residents: The facility is not a hotel and does not provide hotel services (there is no reception, maids and catering). The relationship is formalized by a short-term rental agreement for residential premises. Check-in is only possible if you have a Russian passport. Migration registration services for foreign citizens are not provided.
