Kristall is the first sanatorium built in Sochi from scratch over the past 25 years, the concept of which forms a new lifestyle aimed at improving health, taking care of oneself and maximizing rest away from the noise of the metropolis. Kristall is a symbiosis of advanced medical technologies, classic spa techniques, high—quality restaurant food and premium hotel service.  Kristall is located just 300 meters from the Black Sea coast. Next door is a yew and boxwood grove, a living monument of the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, one of the few places in southern Russia where an untouched relict forest has been preserved. This is not just a natural background — it is an active environment that supports, adjusts and protects. It has 349 comfortable rooms of 8 different categories with a private terrace or balcony, including "Med Suites" with an infrared sauna and a medical room inside. The medical center, with an area of 5,000 m2, is aimed at working with preventive, anti-aging medicine strategies, along with an aqua-thermal zone, occupies 3 floors and will include over 80 medical offices, including the reception of highly specialized doctors. All the interiors are made in a calm natural range — with a predominance of light stone, warm wood and textiles with high tactile properties. The guests of the sanatorium will have access to both traditional methods (balneotherapy, mud treatment, various types of massage) and modern ones (carboxytherapy, barotherapy, cryotherapy, ozone therapy, shock wave therapy), the possibility of comprehensive diagnostics and services for younger guests is provided. The infrastructure of the Kristall sanatorium also includes: 2 hectares of landscaped grounds and a unique atrium with tropical plants 15 m high, 4 restaurants from Remy Kitchen Bakery, a pump room with mineral water, outdoor and indoor heated pools, a thermal zone and a fitness center, a conference room and a meeting room, a children's club, an equipped beach 300 m away.
