Quiet family studios and a pool house are located in a private apartment building in the center of the Olympic Park FT Sirius. Grocery stores, canteen, bakery, cafe, restaurant, pharmacy are nearby. The way to the sea takes 20 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car. During the summer season, guests can enjoy a free shuttle service to Rosa Khutor Beach. Krasnaya Polyana is a 30-minute drive away. Adler-Sochi International Airport and the railway Station are 6 km away. Olympic Park railway station is 800 meters away. The studios are decorated in a modern loft style. Each studio has its own kitchen, fully equipped with dishes, refrigerator, microwave, stove. A separate bathroom has showers, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, comfortable shelves, a mirror, and a hairdryer. A bathrobe, towel and bed linen are provided. They are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a safe. Balconies on the second and third floors and patios on the ground floor of the building. A large indoor recreation area provides additional benefits for guests: a playground, a year-round heated swimming pool (water is always +32 +34 degrees), a gazebo with a barbecue, a sun terrace with sun beds.
