Just 17 minutes on foot - and you are already on the beach, and the Central market of Sochi is a 15-minute walk away. There are convenience stores, cafes, canteens and restaurants nearby, as well as a railway and bus station, from which you can get to anywhere in Sochi, Adler, Krasnaya Polyana. Nearby there is a walking pedestrian zone of the city, along which you can safely walk to the Riviera beach, Lighthouse. We offer you free WI-FI, there is a public city parking nearby, but it is paid, from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. 100 rubles an hour, after 8.00 p.m. for free and until 07.55 a.m. the next day for free. In addition, the room also has a kettle, and utensils for making drinks, as well as a closet for storing your belongings. Please note that the guest house has rooms on the 3rd floor, unfortunately we do not have an elevator.
