The apartments are on the ground floor of a cottage with a separate entrance, its own territory and a private pool, garden, outdoor terrace with dining area, barbecue area, sun beds by the pool, tennis and billiard tables. This is a large and spacious studio with 5 beds and possibly one additional place. We also provide a baby cot, cradle, high chair, baby carriage. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a large double bed, a sofa bed, two single beds, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, soap accessories, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen. For stays of more than 7 days, a free transfer from the railway station is provided. A paid shuttle service from the airport to the place of residence is provided. Accounting documents are provided. We also provide car rental services with and without a driver, individual tours of Sochi, Olympic Park, Krasnaya Polyana, and Abkhazia.
