Sevan is a family—run beach hotel in the Nizhny Imereti lowlands, a few kilometers from the border with Abkhazia. There is an Ornithological Park nearby. The equipped pebble Olympic Beach is only 300 m away. Sochi Park Amusement Park and Olympic Park are 3 km away. The airport is 13 km away and the train station is 11 km away. Double and quadruple rooms with all amenities are available for booking. In addition to a private bathroom, each room has a split system, an electric kettle, a TV and a small refrigerator.
