If desired, you can walk to the airport - 2 km 25 minutes on foot. Infrastructure: 800m walk to the sea; within walking distance of shops magnet, Pyaterochka, cafes, canteens. Layout: the room is divided into several zones: a kitchen area, a sleeping area, and a rest and eating area. There is also a separate small room, an insulated loggia with a bed and a work desk. Capacity: the apartment can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Allowed + child under 3 years old without providing a separate bed Facilities: Double bed with a comfortable new mattress 140/200; sofa bed 120/200; bunk bed lower berth 120/190, upper 80/190; wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, hairdryer, kitchen area with all necessary utensils, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. We always have clean, fresh linen and towels (we wash the laundry in the laundry room). Since the house is located by the road, double-glazed windows are installed. The apartment is always cleaned after each guest. Disinfection of the premises using an ozone generator is carried out systematically. ? Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 12:00 (other by agreement). Late check-out is possible with an additional payment for the next day. Please note that the apartment is NOT RENTED for holidays, parties, or overnight visits. The number of people must strictly correspond to the number stated in the reservation. ✅Accommodation with pets is strictly by prior arrangement. An additional fee is charged. Upon check-in, a contract for accommodation must be drawn up through the OkiDoki electronic service. ⚠️Upon check-in, the deposit is 5,000₽. It will be returned on the day of departure after cleaning the apartment, provided that there is no heavy pollution in the apartment, things are in their places, there is no garbage and traces of smoking, and no damage has been caused to the property.⚠️ ‼️?Cancellation policy: Free cancellation no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
