Welcome to our studio apartment in a new complex with a gated community and concierge in the Gren Sail Residential Complex! We have tried to create an atmosphere of comfort and coziness for you. Our room is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment has very high ceilings, lots of air and light. Heated floors are installed, the bathroom has high-quality plumbing, good Internet. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (2 adults +2 children). Sleeping places – a double bed and a sofa bed. Appliances: washing machine, water heater, electric heater, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, iron, electric cooker, kettle. Other amenities: bed linen, towels, dishes, pots, frying pan, hygiene products, dryer. The balcony is equipped with armchairs and a table for a pleasant stay outdoors. The windows overlook the private sector orchards. The room is strictly non-smoking! The complex has a children's playground. There is a wide pocket for strollers and bicycles near the apartment. Parking is always available near the complex. There is an ornithological park very close by, where you can walk along the paths, look at rabbits and birds (admission is free). Near the house there are shops – Magnet, Pyaterochka, pharmacy, cafe. There is a bus stop nearby. The complex is located 10-15 minutes walk to the Olympic Embankment with the best beaches and many restaurants and cafes. Olympic venues, the singing fountain, and Sochi amusement Park are located nearby. Convenient transport interchanges for trips to Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana, and Abkhazia. Check-in from 15-00 Check-out before 12:00 If possible, you can check in/out earlier or later. The deposit is 3000, returned after cleaning, subject to the safety of the property.
