We invite you to spend your holidays in our cozy guest house located on Vinogradnaya Street, in the immediate vicinity of Sochi city center. It offers comfortable rooms of various categories, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, many of which have a beautiful view of the city panorama. The house has a free parking area, a shared kitchen on the patio, a barbecue area for self-cooking, and a small outdoor swimming pool, open seasonally from June to October inclusive. The surrounding infrastructure includes shops, pharmacies, a grocery market, public transport stops and the Orthodox Church of St. Prince Vladimir Equal to the Apostles. The famous city beach "Riviera" is easily accessible in less than fifteen minutes by any available transport.
