The private household "Utes" is located in a unique corner of the nature of the Black Sea coast – on the picturesque slope of the resort village of Sukko, near Anapa, near the juniper protected forest. The clearest sea, the pebble beach is just a 10-minute walk (750 m). All infrastructure facilities are within walking distance: cafes, canteens, pharmacy, ATM, Magnet / Pyaterochka and other grocery and hardware stores, vegetable market, souvenir shops, public transport stop. The rooms are cozy and spacious, with balconies, there are all the necessary amenities for comfort and relaxation. The beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and mountains will delight with its beauties. On the territory of the house there is a recreation area, gazebos, a barbecue, summer tables, a canopy, sun loungers and a swimming pool for adults. Children will not be bored — they will find a playground, swings and a children's pool. You can use the kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering.
