Both options are about 2 km from the city center. The three-room apartment at 68 Kuznetsova Street is convenient for families, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Gleden suits travelers who prefer hotel service, including a café, parking, and a 24-hour front desk.

All four apartments sleep up to four and have cooking facilities, a washing machine, Wi‑Fi and contactless check-in. At 56 and 66 Kirova Street and 34 2nd Proletarskaya Street, hot water will be unavailable from July 7 to 25, and a discount is offered. From 64 Kirova Street, the embankment, bus station and airport are five minutes away by car; a RUB 1,000 deposit applies, and guests must be 25 or older.
