There is a small parking lot near the house, you can park if there are available places. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: • two double beds, double sofa bed; • Bathroom accessories: dental kits, shower gel and shampoo to make your stay as comfortable as possible • bed linen, towels; • fully equipped kitchen (cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle); • convector heating, we provide slippers; • ironing facilities; • dressing room; • washing machine; • hair dryer; • Air conditioning; • Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. For long-term stays, we provide a free linen change and cleaning of the apartment! Check out before 11:00 the next day. We chose this time because it is convenient for most of our guests. In some cases, we are ready to discuss individual conditions of entry and exit – it is best to clarify all "non-standard" requests directly at the time of booking. To extend your stay, you must agree with the Administrator on the possibility of an extension no later than 1 day before check-out time. Upon arrival, 5,000 is deposited as a security deposit for the property. It is returned upon check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation. No smoking, no noise and no pets. It is not rented for holidays and events. No more than 6 people. When checking in, you must have a Russian passport with you to conclude a residence agreement, and you must have a permanent residence permit.
