The deposit is 2000 rubles. We value the quality of our apartments. Therefore, the deposit is an integral part of the booking. After checking the condition of the apartment for compliance with the rules of accommodation and the safety of property, the deposit will be fully refunded to you on the day of departure. An identity card is required. Check-out before 12:00h, check-in from 14:00h to 00:00h. Early check-in and late check-out by appointment, if possible, we always go to a meeting.
