Special attention is paid to cleanliness in the apartment (every corner is cleaned and disinfected). A convenient transport interchange will allow you to reach the main attractions of the city in a matter of minutes, and Mamayev Kurgan is a 20-minute walk away. Europe Shopping Center, Baku Park, Volgograd Arena Stadium, Athletics Arena and Physical Education Academy are all within walking distance, and the embankment with many shops, cafes and entertainment centers is a 5-minute drive away. A playground in the courtyard without cars of the residential complex will delight both toddlers and older children, and guests arriving by car will enjoy the spacious parking. (regardless of what time you arrived) Check-in takes place from 15.00, check-out until 12.00. If the apartment is ready earlier, an earlier check-in is possible. The apartment is not intended for parties/various events and gatherings! Guests under the age of 23 can only check in with their parents or other adults who are ready to be responsible under the contract. You can't smoke on the balcony either. , We do not accept pets When checking in, you must have the original passport with you to conclude the contract. ➡️ Deposit 3,000 rubles .
