Ну, что сказать, расположение лучше и быть не может. На этом всё.
Сломанные кровати, выбитые доски из паркета, старое постельное белье. Брльше никогда сюда не приеду.
А ещё под окном стадион Волгоград Арена с большой парковкой на которой всю ночь каждый считает своим долгом погазовать на автомобилях. Бессонная ночь вам обеспечена.
