There is a shower cabin in the bathroom, individual shower gels. Near the apartment there is a developed infrastructure: the Railway station, the Volga River embankment, shops, cafes, restaurants. We charge a deposit of 2000 rubles, which is a guarantee that you will not smoke in the apartment, because the apartment is exclusively for non-smoking guests. On public holidays, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is charged.
