The apartment is a two-room apartment for 1-5 people. In the bedroom: a double bed with a bedside table. In the bathroom: bathtub, washing machine. Before checking into the apartment, the guest must register at the reception desk at the Sverdlova 27 Hotel in Yekaterinburg.27 Sverdlova street, entrance from the courtyard of the house (located within walking distance from the apartment). In compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on migration registration, the Guest must provide the following documents for check-in: a Russian passport (for citizens of the Russian Federation), for foreign citizens: a passport of a foreign state, a visa, a migration card. The receptionist draws up a contract, accepts payment for accommodation (by card or in cash) and a cash deposit in the amount of 1 (one) night's stay.
