Cozy one-bedroom apartment in a modern residential complex Universitetskiy. There is free parking around the entire complex. There is also a large paid guarded parking across the street.  The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (160 cm double bed in the bedroom and 150 cm sofa in the living room). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, all necessary furniture and appliances, an equipped kitchen area. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Yekaterinburg, but at the same time close to the center (10 minutes by car). Nearby is the Ural Federal University named after B.N.Yeltsin, Komsomol shopping center. Limpopo Water Park, Baden-Baden Baths Uktus, Airport and EXPO are 15 minutes away.  We appreciate your peace and the peace of the neighbors. The residential complex provides a quiet hour from 13:00 to 15:00 and silence from 21:00 to 10:00. - Check-in after 2 p.m. and check-out before 12 p.m. (other time as agreed). - We accept guests only over the age of 25 (unaccompanied by parents). - We don't even smoke on the balcony. - The apartment is NOT rented for noisy events and parties. - Pets are not allowed. - Upon check-in, you will need a passport and a deposit of 3000₽ - We provide accounting documents.
