Отель прекрасен, номера удобные комфортные и на этом все. Служба клининга и охраны отличные люди,что у вас с ресепшн? условий заселения корпоративных клиентов не знают,хамят и вводят в заблуждение, а старшему администратору надо голову лечить чтобы не кидался на клиентов.Был один вопрос который хотела уточнить вечером как он будет решаться, никак...что ты от меня хочешь,премии чтобы вас лишили хочу,за мою испорченную вещь.
