The entrance is located to the left of the Biscuit Yard bakery, and the sign "dormitory" has been preserved on the doors of the historic building. It is a 5—minute walk to the Greenwich shopping center and the Dam, 7 minutes to the Geologicheskaya metro station; 5 km to the railway station, 19 km to Koltsovo Airport. It offers 33 rooms of four categories: economy, comfort, family comfort and loft-style apartments with self-catering facilities and city views. The hotel's signature feature is contactless check-in: after booking, a link to online registration is sent to the phone, and on the day of arrival, instructions and a PIN code from the electronic room lock are provided.
