The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of 1-2 people: a kitchen equipped with household appliances and dishes, a comfortable dining area (tea, coffee, butter); a bathroom with a bathtub and all necessary shower accessories, a water heater, always clean towels; a bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress, clean and ironed linens; unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi; TV with an extended package of channels. There is an additional sliding armchair-bed. It is forbidden in the studio: - parties and noisy companies; - smoking in the apartment; - check-in of guests under 20 years of age; - accommodation with pets. A passport and a security deposit of 3,000 rubles are required for check-in, which is returned after cleaning on the day of departure, provided there is no damage and the rules of accommodation are followed. Check-in is contactless. The southern bus station and the nearest metro station are a 5-minute walk away. Koltsovo Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
