Our apartments are a warm and cozy two-bedroom apartment located on the 21st floor in the most modern district of Yekaterinburg! Location: Chkalov - Akademika Vonsovsky intersection, public transport stops and scooter-sharing parking (in the warmer months) right next to the house. Convenient access to the bypass road for motorists! IN THE APARTMENT: 1) Two isolated bedrooms with their own walk-in closets, with large and comfortable beds + two armchair beds; 2) Isolated living room with a large corner sofa, a work desk and a large LCD TV with Smart TV function; 3) Equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, all necessary utensils and utensils, as well as a filter for drinking water; 4) Two bathrooms (bath with toilet and toilet with washbasin); 5) High-speed WI-FI router, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer; 6) Clean bed linen and towels (laundry is carried out in the laundry room); 7) Self-check-in without waiting for the administrator! Settlement rules: - The standard check-in time is from 15.00 to 22.00 (when booking in advance, check-in after 22:00 takes place independently according to detailed instructions). Check-out before 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid separately. - Before checking in, the booking customer needs to familiarize themselves with the offer, fill out a form with passport data and present photos/ scans of the document (check-in is not possible without registration and providing a passport). - Upon arrival, you must make a security deposit of 5,000 rubles (an increased deposit of 10,000 rubles for pets and when booking persons under 21 years of age), which is refunded subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation. We apply for a refund on the day of departure, the refund takes place within 1-3 days to the card from which the payment was made, and is issued as a refund / cancellation of the purchase. - Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. ///=> Smoking in the apartment, additional guests staying (in excess of the number indicated in the booking), events (gatherings/birthdays/feasts, etc.) are not allowed.
