The apartment has a convenient location and is an 8-minute walk from the famous sandy beach "Skovorodka", a city park with swan lake and a promenade with many cafes and restaurants. The territory of the house has free Parking spaces. Within walking distance are large supermarkets: Pyaterochka, Spar, Victoria, pharmacies, beauty salons, the state central district hospital, a fitness center with an indoor pool, and a football stadium.
