The guest house is located in the center of Rostov-on-Don, a 2-minute walk to the V. Cherevichkin Children's Park, a 4-minute walk from the memorial complex to the Soldiers-Liberators and 7 minutes from the Gorky Drama Theater. Rostov-Glavny Train Station is 5 km away, and the airport is 41 km away– For accommodation, guests are offered rooms of Economy, Standard, Superior Standard and Family Room categories. All rooms are equipped with a bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, personal lamps and sockets. The Standard rooms have their own bathroom with a shower cabin. The Economy rooms have shared showers and toilets (shower and toilet for two rooms). Some rooms have a balcony. A playpen for a child under 3 years old is available on request. It is possible to stay with pets for an additional fee. For the convenience of guests, there is a shared kitchen where you can cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee.
