"Milton" Boutique Hotel is a cozy hotel located in the heart of the old town of Rostov-on-Don, surrounded by historical attractions and lively central streets. The hotel occupies a two-storey brick building built in 1976 and underwent a complete renovation in 2018. After the reconstruction, the premises were modernly renovated, the rooms are furnished with new furniture, and the engineering systems and plumbing have been updated. Today, the hotel has sixteen rooms of various categories and offers guests a high level of comfort at reasonable prices. The hotel is located in the historical part of Rostov-on-Don, at 24 12th Line Street. This is a quiet quarter of an old building, but at the same time in the very center of urban life. The main pedestrian street and the business center are less than three kilometers away. A 15—minute walk from the hotel is Teatralnaya Square, one of the key squares of the city, next to which are the Maxim Gorky Rostov Academic Drama Theater, made in the shape of a tractor, and the October Revolution Park, a large green park with shady alleys, rides and a Ferris wheel. Vitya Cherevichkin Park and Ostrovsky Park are also within walking distance. The embankment of the Don River is a 15—minute drive away, and the M4 "Don" highway is about 15 minutes away by car. Guests are offered European cuisine with a wide range of dishes: borscht, salads, seafood, pancakes, casseroles, sausages, omelets, porridges, as well as draft beer and coffee. The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00, and the gastro-pub is open until 23:00. The interior is decorated with elements of the Soviet era, which creates a special atmosphere. The 24-hour lobby bar is located on the ground floor next to the reception. Here you can pass the evening, drink coffee or something stronger at any time of the day. Room service is available from both the restaurant and the lobby bar. The breakfasts are continental and take place in an atmospheric cafe. The menu is varied: porridges, omelets, fried eggs, sausages, casseroles, pancakes, processed cheese, yogurt, fruits (apples), butter, fresh bread. The cost of breakfast is about 450-600 rubles per guest. Many guests note the richness and quality of the breakfasts, as well as excellent coffee.
