В номере чисто, уютно, тепло. Все бы хорошо,если бы НЕ работающие каналы телевидения в номере и подставы сервиса бронирования"Яндекс путешествие", через который оплата прошла со 100%накруткой. В итоге заплатили за номер в двойном размере, который конечно же не стоил таких денег. Если повезёт, то машину можно будет припарковать где-нибудь на соседней улице

Замечательный хотел, чистенько бельё, полотенца, гигиенический дорожный набор! Ортопедический матрац, кондей и телевизор! Всё, что бы отдохнуть!

Это худшее место для жилья! 😭😭😭 До моря 2 с лишним км, по факту получается все 5 туда и обратно. А если вы хотите сходить 2 раза в день. Все 10 км проходите, а с учетом жары по ощущениям все 20. Администратор крайне неприятная женщина с вечно недовольным лицом, такое чувство, что вас не ждали, а вы приперлись. Уборки номеров в процессе проживания нет. Я в первые с таким сталкиваюсь. Обычно хотя бы мусор выносят, полотенца меняют. Не оплачивают интернет, ссылаясь на то, что работают глушилки, но при этом каким-то чудом мобильный интернет работает 😂 Совсем видимо за дурачков считают. Короче, ребята поищите получше вариант, мой вам совет.

About the guest house

The guest house is located in the central part of the city, 50 meters from the main street - Gelendzhik Avenue; 1 km from the Central Market and 1.7 km from the Central city Beach. Rooms of two categories are available for booking: Standard and Comfort. The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have a balcony. Attention: smoking is prohibited in the rooms! There is a special place on the street for smoking. Guests can spend time in the shared lounge, on the terrace or by the barbecue area. You can prepare your own meals in the shared kitchen. WI-FI is available on site. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Cycling is popular in the area. Bicycles can be rented at the property. ATTENTION, for information! Our guest house does not provide hotel services, we rent (rent) rooms with all amenities for both short and long-term periods. We compare favorably with hotels, first of all, with the price and the familiar home environment.
