Professional cleaning is carried out before each check-in, and guests will find the highest quality standards in the apartments. It offers unlimited Wi-fi Internet, cable smart TV, full sets of bed linen and terry towels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances. The bathroom has a hairdryer, liquid soap, washing machine, ironing board and other pleasant little things. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a convenient time for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — messenger calls only. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet).
