Beautiful new apartment with a view of the romantic St. Petersburg rooftops. Excellent location in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, dishes, hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels, electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, shower, toilet, kitchen set, TV, Wi-fi. The apartment is located on the 6th attic floor, there is no elevator in the building. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a convenient time for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — messenger calls only. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet). There is no smoking in our apartments. We provide a complete package of accounting documents. We will be glad to see you as our guest!
