Работу стойки рецепции оценить не можем, так как, ее нет. Когда у нас потек туалет в 10 вечера, дозвониться до персонала также не удалось. Проблема протечки была решена лишь на следующий день (не с первой попытки) и ночевать пришлось с прекрасным амиачным ароматом протекающего туалета. После починки туалета, уборка была проведена минимальная, стульчак грязный, новые полотенца вместо использованных при попытке сдержать воду предоставлены не были комфорт оценить также сложно: розетка с одной стороны кровати, пульт работает с божьей помощью, бра над кроватью, вроде бы должны отключаться отдельным переключателем, но выключается весь свет одним переключателем, который находится у двери Расположение отеля супер, переночевать можно (при условии, что туалет не засорится), отдыхать не знаю

Excellent

Отель расположен близко к центру ! Заселение в любое время суток без контактное. В отеле есть кухня, микроволновка, утюг, гладильная доска, холодильник! Кровать , матрас очень удобные. Из минусов, очень громко работает насос подачи воды на 4 этаж! И в душевой не хватает крючков и полочек для туалетных принадлежностей .

У нас было позднее заселение, прислали все подробные инструкции.В номере чисто, кровати удобные, есть ТВ, холодильник, гигиенический набор, тапочки. Так же есть небольшая кухня с посудой, чайником и микроволновкой. В доме есть лифт. Магазины, метро, набережная все рядом.
