Cottage with a swimming pool by the sea

The cottages are located in a unique location: they have exceptional view characteristics. Here you can sunbathe, be sure to meet the sunrises and watch the magnificent sunsets, enjoying the fresh air and the sea breeze. Access to the beach is 5 minutes from the cottage itself. There is all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance: the railway station (Lastochka Mamayka — Sochi is 9 minutes away), shops and cafes by the sea. The cottage has 4 rooms with a bathroom and a shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a dining area with a kitchen and everything necessary for cooking, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Rooms with restrooms are located on the second and third floors. You can see the sea from most of the rooms. There is also an ironing board, dryer and iron in the cottage. The closed territory of 1 hectare is under round-the-clock video surveillance. The territory is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay: residents are provided with an outdoor gazebo with a hammock and a table overlooking the sea, as well as a barbecue area. Summer outdoor two-level swimming pool (children's area and for adults). There are also two complexes on the territory of the complex, including; SPA, hammam, Jacuzzi, infrared room, salt room, various wood-fired baths (for an additional fee). There is a pebble beach nearby — just a couple of minutes on foot. The sun-warmed smooth pebbles, clear water and the soothing sound of the surf will create an atmosphere of relaxation.
